FIAT to Health is a 12-week group coaching program designed specifically for Catholic women who are ready to stop fighting their bodies and start honoring them — without guilt, without extremes, and without separating their faith from their health.
Through the Método T.E.M.P.L.O., we walk together through awareness, evaluation, habit building, emotional healing, faith integration, and purposeful living.
We meet live on Zoom every Monday at 7:00 PM Pacific. Sessions include prayer, teaching, reflection, and practical tools you can apply immediately.

Here it's how it works:
The core FIAT to Health and FIAT Mujer is my weekly coaching sessions. This is done entirely online, through virtual coaching sessions via Zoom. My clients come from all over.
Each week I'll guide you through a new module that dives into a different aspect of holistic health and wellness.
You'll also have access to workbooks and resources to help you implement the lifestyle changes we talk about, and guide your transformation.
I provide you with all the tools and strategies you need to become the healthiest version of you...and I'll be right by your side, guiding and cheering you every step of the way.
