Through the Método T.E.M.P.L.O., we work on awareness, habit building, emotional wellness, faith integration, and purposeful living.
We meet live on Zoom each week. Sessions include prayer, teaching, reflection, practical tools, and accountability to help you apply what you learn in real life.

12-Week Private 1:1 Coaching for Catholic Women
FIAT Mujer is a private 12-week coaching experience for the woman who wants deeper guidance, personal accountability, and a plan shaped around her real life.
Together, we will look at your habits, your relationship with food, your energy, your stress, your routines, your spiritual life, and the places where you feel stuck.
This is not about chasing perfection or following another rigid plan.
It is about restoring order with God at the center — so you can care for your body with love, discipline, and purpose.
This program is ideal for the woman who is ready for a more personal, focused, and intimate coaching experience.

Here it's how it works:
Both FIAT to Health and FIAT Mujer are 12-week coaching experiences offered entirely online through live Zoom sessions.
Each week, I guide you through a new module focused on one area of holistic wellness: faith, nutrition, movement, rest, emotional wellness, habits, and accountability.
You will also receive workbooks, reflection questions, practical tools, and weekly action steps to help you apply what we discuss in real life.
You will not be doing this alone. I will walk with you, guide you, challenge you, and encourage you as you learn to care for your body with faith, order, and purpose.
